BETTY
Like the character of Joe, Betty has only one line and appears in this screenplay only once holding her invention to silence noisy neighborhood kids. Her demeanor is compared to "the crazy cat lady". She acts crazy and potentially scary, and appears untidy and scroungy. Preferably she will be dressed to look as an older lady.
